Boulders is a transitional class designed to prepare children to enter into a more “classroom” style teaching environment. We incorporate bible application projects, stories and activities and the time is separated by a snack break. Again, this is a transitional age group so lessons are designed with short, point driven activities to help your child take away applicable lessons from their time with us… and have a bit of fun while they are at it!
For security purposes, each child wears a number on his or her nametag. Each parent receives a tag that corresponds to the number of their child. This ensures that only the parent who turns in the matching tag will be able to pick up the child. We ask that the same parent who dropped off to also be the parent to pick up. We also have a paging system so that you can be notified in the auditorium if your child needs you.
There is no need to sign up ahead of time for the Boulders class. But if you are new, you might want to come early to talk with the coordinator if you have any questions.
